Veterinarians who specialize in animal behavior say “The primary and most important time for puppy socialization is the first three months of life.”  They go on to say “Enrolling in puppy classes prior to three months of age can be an excellent means of improving training, strengthening the human-animal bond, and socializing puppies in an environment where risk of illness can be minimized.”   You can read their position statement on puppy socialization here.

Our puppy classes are designed to provide great socialization experiences while teaching you how to teach your puppy.  Throughout this 6 week course we’ll discuss your puppy’s upcoming physical and behavioral development. We’ll begin teaching him polite behavior and expose him to other people, puppies and novelty in a safe and positive way.  Contact us for the next start date.
